Manager, Revenue Accounting

Role Overview

As a Manager, Revenue Accounting, you will be an analytical, detail-oriented accounting leader who brings deep expertise in revenue recognition. You will serve as a key owner of our revenue cycle, ensuring ASC 606 compliance while driving operational efficiency across billing, cash reconciliation, and close activities.

What You Will Do

Manage the monthly revenue close process, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP, manage the accounting for all revenue transactions under ASC 606, lead and mentor direct reports, and support annual external audit activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus on revenue accounting, ASC 606, and subscription/SaaS business models
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience managing monthly revenue close workflows
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and billing platforms (i.e. NetSuite and Stripey)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience managing a team
