Senior Product Operations Manager I

Housecall Pro is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to lead the strategy for engaging with franchise and enterprise partners. The role involves building frameworks for evaluating partner requirements, conducting market research, and driving strategic alignment between partner needs and product roadmap. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to partners and internal Product leadership, and will have experience working with enterprise software integrations and APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical account management, product operations, product management, or strategy consulting
• 1+ years experience leading and mentoring others
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with enterprise software integrations and APIs
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and franchise/enterprise operations
• Proven ability to conduct market research and translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Willingness to travel as needed to support partners (typically 15-20% annually)
