Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and partner with the Development team throughout the acquisition and development process.

What You Will Do

Build, maintain, and update financial models, lead regular forecasting and budgeting, perform due diligence, and support underwriting and structuring of equity and debt.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field required, or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required, with demonstrated experience building financial models and applying time value of money concepts (NPV, IRR)
• Experience in real estate development or affordable housing finance preferred
