- Demonstrable experience leading marketing operations in a B2B or professional services environment
- Deep understanding of workflow management across multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong expertise in Hubspot/Salesforce and Monday.com
- Proven ability to design, implement and scale operational processes
- Strong analytical, organisational and governance capability
- Experience line-managing and developing team members
- Effective stakeholder management and the ability to drive adoption of new processes and tools
