We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Lead / Manager to take charge of paid media acquisition across multiple channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads into our international sales funnel.
Requirements
- 35 years of hands-on paid media experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and mobile/app campaigns
- Strong grasp of campaign structure, budget pacing, bid strategy, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with lead generation KPIs CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, etc.
- Experience managing paid campaigns in multiple geographies and adjusting for local nuances
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets and data skills
- A critical mind not just pushing buttons, but thinking strategically
- Team-first mentality, willing to collaborate and challenge constructively
- High energy, hard-working, and committed to results
