Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Role Overview

You are the operational engine of the company’s marketing, turning strategy into a weekly execution system that ships on time and to a high standard. You’ll run marketing across the company’s Data & AI consultancy and AI life-coaching app, owning the calendar, production pipeline, and quality bar.

What You Will Do

Own the marketing calendar and content production pipeline, plan and prioritize the team’s weekly work, review content before it goes live, execute campaigns and product launches, manage social channels, and track KPIs across channels.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in digital, content or social media marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field
• A track record of running multi-channel content calendars and campaigns from plan to results
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana or Trello
• Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Comfort with analytics: social platform insights, website analytics and turning data into clear reports
• Daily, practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, drafting and repurposing
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team of writers, designers or executives
