Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, growth, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Ability to create engaging content with strong hooks, storytelling, and conversion focus
- Experience with content planning, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Basic knowledge of paid media, ad creatives, and marketing funnels
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and measure performance
- Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, editors, and marketing teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Good communication and organizational skills
