Assistant Account Executive

Specialty Wholesale Insurance Solutions (SWIS) is seeking a highly motivated Wholesale Insurance Account Executive to join our Property and Casualty Division. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between SPG’s Account Executives, retail brokers, and carrier underwriters.

Requirements

• Serve as a direct liaison to retail brokers and carrier underwriters
• Manage ongoing communication on active accounts, renewals, and new submissions
• Engage underwriters on coverage questions, endorsement requests, and binding instructions
• Respond to broker inquiries with timely, accurate information
• Coordinate with underwriters to track policy issuance, endorsements, and outstanding documentation
• Support the AE in preparing renewal strategies
• Maintain broker and underwriter relationships
