Role Overview

Lead store-level sales team, cultivate high-performance selling culture, and drive revenue execution at Huckberry’s Hayes Valley location.

What You Will Do

Drive store-level sales performance, run clienteling system, lead daily floor briefings, build client book, and deliver seasonal product knowledge training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales leadership, assistant store manager, or premium store management role
  • Proven track record of tracking and exceeding sales metrics
  • Strong background in building active client books, clienteling systems, and local community activations
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and storytelling skills
