What You Will Do
Drive store-level sales performance, run clienteling system, lead daily floor briefings, build client book, and deliver seasonal product knowledge training.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales leadership, assistant store manager, or premium store management role
- Proven track record of tracking and exceeding sales metrics
- Strong background in building active client books, clienteling systems, and local community activations
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and storytelling skills
