Financial Planning and Controlling Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Planning and Controlling Analyst will support the Flexible Packaging segment finance team and business units in driving strategic segment goals and aspirations. The role will play an active role in improving the global financial function, supporting business units to improve performance and reporting.

What You Will Do

The Financial Planning and Controlling Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis activities across the segment, contribute to cost controlling and performance management initiatives, and work closely with finance teams across the globe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, finance analysis, accounting, or business finance
• Experience in global or manufacturing environments is an advantage
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI, Power Query, and Power Pivot skills are advantageous
• Understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (OneStream)
• Excellent communication skills in English
