Role Overview

Harry Rosen, a Canadian retailer of fine quality menswear, is seeking a Luxury Sales Leader to join the Store team at McArthurGlen in Vancouver. This full-time permanent role involves driving sales, championing customer experience, and providing operational leadership.

What You Will Do

Drive sales by ensuring KPIs and top line sales goals are achieved, analyzing sales data to maximize opportunities, and managing store expenses. Champion the customer experience by nurturing a relationship-based selling culture and serving as a primary point of contact for client issues. Oversee operational tasks such as event planning, vendor relationships, and store meetings. Lead training and development by ensuring training completion, identifying skills gaps, and coaching the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store
• Flexibility to work standard retail hours including opening/closing on weekdays and weekends
• Focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating in-store and online customer experience
• Track record of improving all sales related KPIs within a retail store or department through sales strategies
• Experience in coaching, educating and developing a sales team
• Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others with proven track record of documented coaching and development
• Experience in retail industry preferred
• Strong business acumen in luxury retail and understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives
