We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a financial planning practice. The role is critical in ensuring a smooth client experience, from preparing documentation and managing records to implementing advice after approval.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a Client Services Admin or similar role
- 3 years of experience with financial planning strategy implementation
- Experience using CRMs (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter, or similar tools)
- Proficient in Wrap platform administration (i.e., North and Expand)
- Financial Planning or related certification/s are highly desirable
