We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow paid media and social media efforts for a results-focused sole trader agency. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, technically proficient, and comfortable working autonomously.
Requirements
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and social formats
- Continuously optimise campaigns for performance including bid strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
- Produce clear, insightful campaign performance reports for clients using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager data
- Create engaging social media content and graphics using Canva or similar tools, aligned to client brand guidelines
- Support basic SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page recommendations, and content strategy guidance
- Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking for paid platforms and GA4 event setup
- Work autonomously and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, in line with a sole trader business model
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to enhance productivity and quality of work outputs
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for social media content creation
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel / Conversions API setup
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
- Confident using AI tools (Claude AI and/or Gemini) as part of your daily workflow to boost productivity and output quality
- Highly self-directed with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
