Email Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

The client is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of email campaigns and help drive customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions. This role will manage the end-to-end email marketing process, from planning and audience segmentation through to campaign creation, scheduling, testing, and performance analysis.

What You Will Do

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives, develop engaging email copy and content, build and manage email campaigns, and segment email lists.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing or a similar digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, customer segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, or similar
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging email content
• Experience with email automation, workflows, customer journeys, and campaign scheduling
• Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, spam prevention, and unsubscribe requirements
• Comfortable analysing campaign data and using insights to improve performance
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing links, formatting, personalisation, and campaign settings
• Basic understanding of HTML and email design is an advantage
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of email marketing activities
