Role Overview
The Sales Manager, Southeast Asia manages the sales activities in Southeast Asia for assigned key accounts and distributors as well as specific market segments. He/She implements the Southeast Asia along with APAC and/or global business strategies, works with key accounts & distributors for a profitable growth, and promotes relationships with commercial partners.
What You Will Do
Ensures the implementation of HPP Business strategies and EH&S policies across Southeast Asia, accountable for the delivery of Sales and Contribution Margin budget from the assigned accounts, and ensures the accuracy of the monthly sales forecasting against its delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of chemical industries across Southeast Asia
- Influencing, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical background and understanding
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing of specialty chemical products
- Proven track record of growing sales and profit
- Hunger for new business development in the specialty chemicals area
