Finance Operations Associate, Healthcare

Role Overview

Supports and influences the operational and financial performance of the Healthcare business by delivering financial insights, operational reporting, process improvements, and actionable recommendations.

What You Will Do

Supports annual budgeting, quarterly financial forecasting, and sales analytics; owns Industry Operations financial cadence; coordinates with Enterprise functions to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of finance and operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or some related field) required
• Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial management skills; knowledge of financial analysis and standard financial metrics
• Exceptional client service skills and ability to proactively work with leadership to address challenges
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate, influence and drive outcomes with individuals at all levels in the Company
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Desire to improve and find efficiencies in existing processes
• The ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, job aids, and related knowledge management resources
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and productivity tools, including the ability to leverage AI to improve reporting, analysis, process efficiency, and decision-making
