Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or a similar field
- Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organisations
- Hands-on expertise with Jira and process optimisation methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable improvements
- Experience within a technology, platform, e-commerce, or digital business environment is highly desirable
