The team is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Development Representative to act as a frontline driver of growth, responsible for sourcing high-value opportunities, maintaining a rigorous outreach pace, and leveraging closing expertise to ensure a seamless transition through the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales
  • Demonstrated track record of managing high call volumes while maintaining quality
  • Strong closing experience with the ability to move prospects through the funnel effectively
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge
  • High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a ‘hunter’ mentality
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed performance KPIs consistently
  • Previous experience selling within the SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
