The People Operations Associate will work with the People team to build the AI tooling that supports the team’s work, including data analysis and reporting. The role requires a strong background in AI and automation, with experience in building and shipping AI-powered tools. The team is growing, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how the team works as they grow.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will build the AI tooling that supports the People team’s work, including data analysis and reporting. They will also work with the Talent team to connect hiring and pipeline data to People data, and help keep HRIS data accurate.

Requirements

• Built and shipped something with AI that other people used
• Worked with more than one model or platform
• Worked with a real dataset, cleaned it up, and drawn a conclusion you could defend
• Been responsible for keeping a system or record accurate
• Handled something that needed to stay confidential
