Role Overview
The Growth Execution Manager will help turn strategy into action by leading and supporting initiatives that improve commercial performance, strengthen collaboration, and enhance the client experience. The role will involve working across the Multinational Clients Practice (MCP) growth agenda, leading projects, and building relationships with colleagues across the Howden One Network and wider business.
What You Will Do
The Growth Execution Manager will partner with the Head of Growth Execution and MCP leadership to shape and deliver MCP’s growth plan, drive execution of strategic initiatives, lead and support projects, and establish governance and tracking to monitor progress.
