Digital Product Owner Associate (Sales Enablement)

Role Overview

The Digital Product Owner Associate supports product delivery activities by assisting with requirements documentation, backlog maintenance, testing coordination, and stakeholder follow-up under the guidance of senior product team members. This role helps translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and supporting artifacts for review and refinement.

What You Will Do

Assist senior product team members in gathering input from business stakeholders and documenting business needs. Participate in Agile ceremonies, support product demos and feedback documentation, and assist with release readiness and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years related experience in business analysis, product support, digital delivery, operations support, project coordination, or a related business or technology role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Agile, product ownership, business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination training is a plus.
• SAFe Agile, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Six Sigma, Salesforce, or related certifications are a plus.
