Role Overview
The FP&A Associate supports the Financial Planning & Analysis team with month-end close, financial reporting, operating expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and other routine FP&A activities.
What You Will Do
Perform month-end close and recurring financial reporting activities, assist with operating expense management, budgeting, and forecasting, and perform defined financial and operational analyses using internal and external data.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant financial experience, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial reporting, or financial analysis, and experience preparing recurring reports, maintaining financial data, and reviewing budget-to-actual or other financial results for accuracy.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant financial experience
- Experience preparing recurring reports, maintaining financial data, and reviewing budget-to-actual or other financial results for accuracy
- Experience using Excel and financial systems for financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience in financial services, automotive finance, banking, consulting, or a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting concepts
- Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel
- Ability to learn and use financial systems and data visualization or reporting tools
- Ability to organize work, manage details, and meet established deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional partners
