Systems Administrator & Financial Analyst

IAMGOLD is a Canadian-based gold mining company seeking a System Administrator & Financial Analyst to report to the Manager, Operational Excellence, at the Cote Gold Mine Site. The role involves setting up and maintaining Operational Excellence processes, ensuring financial viability, and developing performance reporting. The job requires a post-secondary degree in finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or systems administration.

Requirements

  • Configure and administer the OE initiative management system (IDHall)
  • Maintain data governance standards, quality controls, auditability, and change logs across the OE portfolio
  • Develop, review, and validate business cases, including ROI, payback, and financial assumptions
  • Partner with Finance to track realized savings and benefits and align reporting with budget cycles
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, standardized KPI reports, and automated data pipelines
  • Publish monthly benefits realization and variance reports, highlighting risks and corrective actions
  • Provide system user support, onboarding, training, and development of job aids and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and data privacy requirements
