The role involves setting up and maintaining Operational Excellence processes, ensuring financial viability, and developing performance reporting. The job requires a post-secondary degree in finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or systems administration.
Requirements
- Configure and administer the OE initiative management system (IDHall)
- Maintain data governance standards, quality controls, auditability, and change logs across the OE portfolio
- Develop, review, and validate business cases, including ROI, payback, and financial assumptions
- Partner with Finance to track realized savings and benefits and align reporting with budget cycles
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, standardized KPI reports, and automated data pipelines
- Publish monthly benefits realization and variance reports, highlighting risks and corrective actions
- Provide system user support, onboarding, training, and development of job aids and documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and data privacy requirements
