Role Overview
ICF is seeking a Data Analyst to support an enterprise learning data and analytics platform. The role focuses on data mining, analysis, and visualization to uncover insights and solve business problems.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms. Analyze learner, workforce, and training performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on complex datasets
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders
- Experience writing complex SQL queries and performing data validation activities
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other business intelligence and visualization tools
- Experience with data transformation and preparation tools
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational databases
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources
- Understanding of statistical methods, data profiling, and trend analysis
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings through effective visualizations and presentations
- Familiarity with Agile project environments and requirements management processes
