People Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to join our dynamic, agile tech/software development organization. In this role, you will manage and shape our people operations, ensuring they enable efficient, agile collaboration while being data driven.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in people operations, process improvement, performance management, or similar roles
• Proven track record in process optimization and/or digitalization projects
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Strong daily practice in people/analytics and data-driven decision making
