Role Overview
Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst within their Revenue Management department to support revenue growth and financial performance across its self-storage portfolio.
What You Will Do
The role’s primary focus is pricing and revenue management, including analyzing demand, occupancy, market conditions, and customer activity to recommend pricing actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, real estate, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial and operating data
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using AI tools and writing effective prompts to support research, data analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings and recommendations clearly
