In this role as Ad Operations Manager, you are responsible for the operational management and optimization of Retail Media campaigns for our advertising customers. You ensure that our advertising campaigns are successfully implemented, data-based optimized, and continuously developed – with the goal of achieving both commercial success and a positive user experience.
Requirements
- Experience in the field of Digital Advertising, Retail Media, or Performance Marketing.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- In-depth hands-on experience in campaign management and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of Retail-Media-KPIs, auction logic, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven work habits.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (sales, product, tech, data).
- Structured, precise, and self-responsible work style, as well as a high level of ownership and solution orientation.
