Sales Operations Analyst

Position Overview for the Sales Operations Analyst:

  • Provide internal business partners with meaningful and actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Assist with annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and organizations to define, implement, and refine planning processes
  • Provide renewal sales leaders with forecast data and information to track monthly and quarterly projections
  • Develop and evolve key performance indicators to help drive sales revenue and projections

Requirements for the Sales Operations Analyst:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales or Renewal Operations within a software/SaaS sales organization
  • Forecasting & pipeline analysis experience (monthly/quarterly cadence)
  • Advanced experience with Excel + Power BI (or Tableau)
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders (Director/VP level+)
