Requirements
- Strategic vision for AI application
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related areas in B2B sales environments or financial products
- Strong relationship and influence skills to negotiate with multiple areas
- Basic/Intermediate SQL for data consultation in Databricks
- Google Sheets and PowerPoint mastery
- End-to-end process vision
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Ownership mindset
- Excellent communication
