Role Overview
This is a high-impact FP&A role at the heart of our North American business. As the senior Finance business partner for Ultimo and FSI, you will work closely with regional leaders and help shape decisions on pricing, hiring, investment and growth.
What You Will Do
Lead forecasting and annual budgeting for North America across Ultimo and FSI, build strong project-level reporting, drive utilization, capacity and resource planning, and turn monthly performance data into actionable business insight.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering, ideally within SaaS and/or professional services
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- A strong understanding of professional services economics
- A self-starter mindset
- Curiosity about AI and automation
