Role Overview

Manage overall branch sales operations, including business development, customer service, and compliance. Drive home loan business growth through direct sourcing, DSA and open-market channels.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets, monitor branch portfolio performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
