Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Role Overview

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the growth and achievement of CareAllies financial and business objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting.

What You Will Do

This individual will help manage the Company’s FP&A processes, financial forecasting and actuals, long-range planning, value-based care (VBC) contract performance and support financial system implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance
• 5 years’ experience in a FP&A, market finance, strategic and/or financial area
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills
• Independent problem solver with team-oriented mindset
• Strong presentation skills
• Highly analytical with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills and ability
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Able to manage a wide range of projects and dynamic priorities
• Able to effectively communicate technical and basic business concepts with team members and internal/external stakeholders
• Focus on compliance, risk management and process controls
• Aligned to the Company’s corporate mission/values and looking to drive innovation within healthcare for patients and other stakeholders
• Positive attitude with an excitement to learn and develop
