Immersive is hiring a Data Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract to support the product team in making data-informed decisions and defining metrics and data visualizations for customers. The role involves working with learner data to measure human capability and providing actionable insights to customers. The successful candidate will have experience in data analysis, data visualization, and warehousing tools, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- A strategic, inquisitive and innovative mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs, interpret requirements and deliver consistently high-quality output
- Commercial awareness and able to spot opportunities to use data and build appropriate data models
- Polished communication & presentation skills with the ability to tell stories through the data
- Effective delivery skills with the ability to work well under pressure in an Agile environment
- In-depth SQL knowledge
- Experience with Data Visualization, Analysis, and Warehousing tools (we use Looker/ Count / Snowflake – you don’t need to know these specific ones)
- Knowledge of some statistical techniques
- Interest in Learning Analytics approaches
