Role Overview
The Business Analytics Manager leads the team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and trustworthiness of company data. This role blends hands-on data leadership with real people leadership, building the business context for AI tools and growing a team capable of getting accurate answers.
What You Will Do
As the Business Analytics Manager, you will own the accuracy and trustworthiness of company data, design and build ecosystems that combine business knowledge and data, and inform leaders to get insight into their operations through self-service and AI tools.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Strong experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, data architecture, or data design
- Experience with data warehouses or enterprise BI data models
- Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and data
- Working understanding of data modeling, ETL, or data warehousing concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize the work of a team, follow through on commitments, and communicate next steps clearly across departments
