We’re a tight-knit team of creative, data-driven people, continuously building services & partnering with the world’s largest brands. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and own our go-to-market engine from the ground up.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or related fields.
- Experience building something from scratch — a channel, newsletter, outbound motion, pipeline engine, audience, or growth system.
- Strong writing skills with clear, concise communication and real point of view.
- Strong understanding of paid media, creative performance, funnels, and conversion metrics.
- Comfortable navigating tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Strong bias toward action — you move fast, learn quickly, and don’t wait for perfect conditions.
- Highly autonomous and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline, demand, or growth outcomes.
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable marketing ideas.
- Excellent taste in creative and messaging.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
- Strong operator mindset: organized, accountable, and resourceful.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
