As a Customer Experience Specialist at Inchcape, you will deliver a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey, representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, and Foton. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up, using digital tools such as Salesforce and working collaboratively with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an automotive sales role is essential.
  • Specific experience with Utes and Trucks, and an understanding of customer needs in this segment is essential.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products we represent.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
  • Valid driver’s licence.
