Index Exchange is a global advertising supply-side platform enabling media owners to maximize the value of their content on any screen. The Technical Account Manager will enhance the performance and efficiency of IX’s DSP partners in the NA region.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account management, or similar role in the programmatic space, focusing on DSPs, SSPs or publishers.
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to a technical environment.
- Team player with a positive outlook, contributing to a growing organization.
- Proven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with limited processes.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and success-driven personality.
- Exceptional analytical and consulting skills with experience in SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, publisher and servers, video players, OTT), web and mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs), and big data/data science
