Role Overview
IEM is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the optimization and strategic evolution of our Salesforce environment.
What You Will Do
Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, advanced automation, integration patterns, and scalable data models.

Requirements
- 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, migrations, or transformations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and enterprise architecture principles
- Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform Administrator II certifications required
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow), security models, and data management
