People Operations Team Leader

Join Infobip as a People Operations Team Lead and contribute to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth execution of employee administration, benefits, and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Collaborate with POP leaders and key stakeholders to co-create and execute POP strategy in dedicated area, aligned with the organization’s goals and long-term vision.
• Hire, train and manage a team of 6 POP professionals (People Generalists/ Employee Administration Specialists) to fulfill business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for regional operations matters (Employee Administration, Benefits Management and HR Compliance).
• Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of POP programs, projects and initiatives in dedicated area.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
