Role Overview

Join the Greenfield GBS team in Bucharest to support a large-scale global transformation of a world-leading FMCG company. As a GBS Change & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for strategy activation, change management, and communications related to GBS transformation programs.

What You Will Do

Roll-out the global interactive communications model, support global communication and engagement strategy, drive visibility of GBS solutions, and collaborate with regional/local teams to support engagement strategies and change transformations.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent career experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in internal communications, change leadership, employee engagement, client engagement
  • Communications certifications (e.g. ABC, IABC, SCMP) is desirable
  • Change Management certification (e.g. CCMP, APMG, CM, PROSCI etc) is desirable
