Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation and establish strategic relationships with key decision makers at prospective customers. This BDR role requires a consultative approach, strong technical acumen, and the ability to position Infotek as a trusted technology advisor.
What You Will Do
Lead outbound prospecting efforts through multi-channel campaigns, establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives, and communicate Infotek’s value proposition effectively.

Requirements
- 1+ years of business development, sales development, or related B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and quota targets
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizations and building relationships with senior-level decision makers
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand customer business challenges
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in technology/SaaS sales, particularly in accounting, time tracking, project management, or workforce management solutions
- Familiarity with Deltek ecosystem and partner selling models
- Experience working in a channel or partner-driven sales environment
- Background in B2B sales to professional services firms, government contractors, or project-based businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
