Join ING as a Business Development Manager – Residential Mortgages (VIC) and drive growth across the Victorian market while championing an exceptional broker experience. This high-impact role requires sales capability, market insight, and strong commercial judgement to expand ING’s presence and strengthen partnerships with accredited mortgage brokers.

Requirements

  • Proven credit knowledge and understanding of loan structures, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or relationship management within residential mortgages or home lending.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and work autonomously.
  • High levels of organisation, time management and resilience—comfortable balancing sales activity with administration and SLA expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); RG146 or mortgage broking qualifications desirable.
