Requirements
- Proven credit knowledge and understanding of loan structures, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or relationship management within residential mortgages or home lending.
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and work autonomously.
- High levels of organisation, time management and resilience—comfortable balancing sales activity with administration and SLA expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); RG146 or mortgage broking qualifications desirable.
