Role Overview

ING Hubs Romania is a software development hub that provides services to 24 ING units worldwide. The Data & Reporting Team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making. The team is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join their team and support the Client Services Business Super Circles.

What You Will Do

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating management operational performance reports, analyzing data to find pain points and improvement areas, and providing insight by making connections between different information flows.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a reporting/data analyses environment
• Relevant track record of working in the operations area
• Strong experience with Excel, VBA and database-related environment (e.g. ACCESS)
• Experience with tools such as SAP, SAS, SQL, Cognos or MS Power BI are a plus; an interest in these tools is a must
• Ability to prioritize and transform user information requirements into reports and analyses
• Fluency in English
