FCP Business Intelligence Lead

Lead the design and delivery of operational Management Information (MI) for global Retail CDD, co-defining data and MI strategy with the Data Product Lead, and driving standardization, prioritization, governance, and insight-led steering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business/ Finance or any equivalent course
• 7+ years relevant work experience in an international operations context, preferably in a banking environment with an operational production focus
• 3+ years designing & running MI reporting, or Business Intelligence in an operational context
• Strong experience in a working in a complex global matrix organization
• Proven change management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other BI & Data visualization software like (MS Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, etc.)
• Efficiency and automation-oriented mindset
• Proven leadership competencies, and self-awareness
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
