The Business Development Manager – Microsoft is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and scaling channel partners aligned to Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security priorities. This partner-led role focuses on building repeatable go-to-market motions, driving pipeline growth, and delivering measurable customer and partner outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–6 years’ B2B or channel sales experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Proven experience driving partner-led pipeline and indirect sales motions
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Security solution areas
- Experience with CSP, marketplace, and Microsoft co-sell engagement models
- Strong commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Confident executive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple solution portfolios
