Professional, Inside Sales (IT Sales)

Ingram Micro is seeking a driven and customer-focused Professional, Inside Sales to support our Singapore market. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT sales and account management, with the ability to deliver excellent customer experience across pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative (IT Sales)
• Experienced in Account Management (Prospecting, Profiling, and Upselling)
• Customer service experience is a must, preferably in a BPO/Tech industry
• College graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course; undergraduates are welcome but should have at least 5 years relevant work experience
• Excellent English communication skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
