Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. You will partner closely with the Finance Manager, CFO, business leaders, and regional stakeholders to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities to support business objectives. Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or a similar finance business partnering role
• Professional certification such as CFA is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP and the ability to navigate complex financial systems effectively
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality results against deadlines
