HR & People Operations Lead

iRocket is seeking an HR & People Operations Lead to build and scale HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation
• Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
• Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence in resolving conflicts
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment
