Innovative Systems/FinScan is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities in targeted Tier 1 businesses across Europe. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR/AE, and experience with sales engagement platforms and tools.
Requirements
- Excellent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years successful experience as an SDR/BDR/AE for a SaaS or software business.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms and tools is a must – such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Lusha.
- Experience in multi-channel prospecting (Phone, Email, LinkedIn InMail) with capability in all three.
- Picking up the phone is an absolute must!
- Experience researching prospects’ strategic objectives, challenges and needs, and in formulating specific and compelling value proposition-centered engagement.
- Experience leading and participating in prospect and customer-facing introductory and discovery calls that uncover clear challenges, business impacts and result in strategic plans for addressing these.
- Motivated to reach and exceed challenging goals and milestones.
- A sincere desire to progress into an Account Executive (field sales) or SDR management role within 24 months.
- Ability and willingness to work “in office” at our London City, Tower 42 location three (3) or more days each week.
