Requirements
- 4+ years in People Operations, HR Analytics, or a similar HR function
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets and HR dashboards
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to or preparing content for senior leadership
- Advanced English Skills
